2. Delivery Methods and Arrangements
- We will dispatch non-pre-ordered products within seven working days.
- For pre-ordered products, please refer to the estimated shipping time and important notes listed at the time of purchase.
- Please note that after the product is dispatched, customers shall bear all shipping risks that may arise during delivery. 📌Tips: In case there is damage or leakage or loss of product during delivery, we will assist you in negotiating compensation with the shipping company. Home Delivery
- At the moment, Nearbuy only delivers products to domestic addresses in Hong Kong. Home Delivery service is available for areas such as Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, etc. Home Delivery service is not available for non-fixed addresses, closed areas, and warehouse addresses.
- Delivery time varies depending on the schedule set by the shipping company.
- When extra delivery time is expected or delivery to remote areas, including Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Chek Lap Kok, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, etc., please pay attention to the latest announcement of the relevant shipping company.
Pick-up at SF Store/ SF Locker
- If you wish to pick up at any SF Store/ SF Locker, please choose the preferred store/locker when placing an order (please refer to the addresses of SF Stores/SF Lockers)
- Nearbuy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any delivery service by time to time. In case of any dispute, Nearbuy reserves the right of final decision.

3.Change of Delivery Address
- If you need to change the delivery address of a confirmed order, please contact our customer service representative by phone or email within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Please note that we will need to reschedule and postpone the delivery time.
4. Tracking Order
- If you wish to track the delivery status, please access the shipping company’s website and input the provided tracking number. If you have any inquiries, please contact our customer service representative.
