For your convenience, we accept payments by bank transfer or most major credit cards / Google Pay.
• For payments by bank transfer or any other payment methods, please complete the payment within 3 days of the order placement and upload the bank-in slip or the screenshot of the e-transfer to the “Message us” [顧客通訊] on the order page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (with the order number).
• It is important that the balance at the time of checkout tallies with the amount to be transferred, otherwise your order will be affected as it will take time to reconcile and process.
• Our team will take 1-3 working day(s) to reconcile the payment with the bank after the bank-in slip/screenshot has been uploaded.
• The order status will change from “processing” to “confirmed” once we have confirmed the payment, and you will be notified via email; meanwhile, the payment status will change to “paid”.
• If you do not upload a valid proof of payment before the designated deadline, the order will be cancelled automatically and without any notice.

• We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Our server never stores any credit card information since your credit card information will be directly sent to a secure electronic storage system with SSL.
If any suspicious transaction, dishonesty, misleading behaviour, or fraud is observed, Nearbuy will report it to the Police.
