Arrangements for Return or Exchange
1. Refund Policy
- Once the product is dispatched, we no longer accept any requests for cancellation or refund.
2. Return or Exchange Policy
- Customers should confirm the quantity and condition of the product upon receipt (including home delivery or pick-up).
- We will replace the product when:
i. The product is in damage condition before receipt;
ii. The delivered product does not match the order.
- The following conditions/reasons are not available for refund or return:
- Food packaging is open; for hygiene reasons, health products, food or epidemic prevention supplies are non-returnable, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.
- Man-made damage
- Complimentary gifts for return or exchange of product
- The relevant receipt is missing or damaged
- Delivery time is too long
- Refunds for products other than the product that is out of order
- Delivery is delayed due to shipping issues
- We do not accept returns if the products are broken, damaged, soiled, damaged or incomplete due to human factors caused by improper use.
- Customers shall bear the shipping cost of redelivery if the parcel is sent back to us due to customer’s fault, such as wrong address/recipient’s name, overdue unclaimed parcel, etc.
- A customer is unable to return the product within 48 hours after the request is accepted.
- Request for refund exceeds the return request period provided by Nearbuy.
- When there is leakage or other condition, please contact us within one working day after receipt of the product, and provide the following:
i. A photo picturing the packaging
ii. Photos picturing the product and the damage
iii. A photo picturing the invoice/ tracking number of the parcel
iv. Email the photos to [email protected] and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- If you have any questions, please email [email protected] by the next day of receipt, and attach the relevant e-receipt to the email. The product should also be returned with full packaging, accessories, instructions and an unfilled warranty card (if applicable).
- Please contact us in advance to return products by post. Any refunds/returns without contact in advance will not be accepted.
- If we have agreed to replace a product but the product is sold out, we will refund the relevant amount or issue a replacement product within fourteen days, or exchange for another product of the same value.
- If returning an item causes the order to no longer meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, a campaign, or a free gift, our system will automatically deduct the shipping fee from the refund, or reinstate the original price of the free gift or discounted item(s) that may apply.
- Limited editions, pre-orders and discounted products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
- Postage fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of any disputes, Nearbuy reserves the right of final decision.
