Payment Service Methods

Guests can choose to pay by bank transfer when checking out.

Bank transfer

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer or other channels, please complete the payment within 3 days after placing the order, and upload the bank receipt or payment screenshot in [Customer Communication] in the order. Or email to nearbuy@naac.org.hk (please indicate the order number).

  • The amount at checkout must be consistent with the amount transferred from the bank, otherwise it will be difficult to verify and process, and will affect the normal ordering process.

  • After receiving the receipt uploaded by the guest, it will take about 1-3 working days for the group to verify the payment with the bank.

  • If the payment is successfully verified, the customer's order status will change from "Processing" to "Confirmed", and they will receive an email notification from us later; and the payment status will also change to "Paid".

  • If the customer places an order but fails to upload a valid deposit proof before the deadline, the computer system will automatically cancel the order without further notice.
