Here, every trainee is not only a learner but also a guardian—guarding quality, professionalism, and their own sense of pride. From carefully hand-picking beans, grinding, weighing, to packing drip bags, every step is completed with patience and dedication. We believe that even the smallest coffee bean can hold the greatest strength. Just like our members, who may once have been overlooked by society, their persistence and devotion now shine through every coffee they create.
